Hero provides AI and revenue-system services for home-service businesses. This policy explains how Hero handles information collected through this website, including requests for the Home-Service Owner's Guide to AI.

Information we collect

When you request the guide or contact Hero, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, message or business details you provide, and consent preferences. We also collect limited technical and campaign information, such as the page visited, referring campaign parameters, browser/device information, and ad click identifiers.

How we use it

Hero uses this information to deliver the requested guide, respond to enquiries, schedule or provide services, maintain records, improve the website and marketing, and—where you have consented—send occasional practical updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

Advertising and analytics

Hero may use Meta's browser pixel and server-side Conversions API to measure whether an ad resulted in a guide request. When a guide request is successfully submitted, Hero may share hashed contact identifiers and campaign/technical identifiers with Meta for conversion measurement and ad optimisation. Meta's services are governed by its own policies. Hero does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Hero uses service providers to host the website, manage contacts and automations, deliver email, schedule meetings, and measure advertising. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to Hero and subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and security

Hero keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, and recordkeeping. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, but Hero uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that Hero holds about you, subject to legal and operational limits. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time; this does not affect communications needed to fulfil an existing request or service relationship.
