Training shows starting prices: public workshops from C$50 per person online, and private team training from C$2,500. 1:1 training is from C$295 per 90-minute online session. The AI Readiness Assessment and the AI security assessment start from C$1,500, and ongoing consulting or security work after that is quoted after the assessment. The Fit Call and the AI Hour are free. Everything is on the Pricing page, in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Yes. Sales tax is added on your invoice based on where the service is supplied: GST or HST, plus QST for Quebec clients where it applies.

A free, monthly, open online Q&A on the first Friday of every month. Anyone can join and ask questions about using AI at work. Sign up on the AI Hour page; it runs at 12:00 PM ET and we email you the link.

A public workshop is open to anyone: you buy a seat in a live session of about three hours and learn alongside up to 15 people from different companies, on fictional examples. 1:1 training is one trainer coaching one person, on your own work. Team training is private: a half or full day for only your own team, built on your own work, in person in the GTA or online anywhere in Canada. A live course is coming soon; you can join the waitlist. Prices are on the Pricing page.

In plain words, it’s an audit of how ready your team and company are to use AI well and safely: the tools and accounts in use, how data is handled, where AI fits your workflows, skills, policy and risks. We use interviews, an anonymous staff survey and a review of the tools you already pay for. 1 to 2 weeks after the working session, you get a readiness report with a rating for each area, a prioritized 90-day roadmap, the policy gaps and a training plan. The AI Readiness Assessment is a fixed-scope piece of work with a posted starting price: it tells you where you stand and what to do first. AI consulting is the ongoing help afterwards, if you want it: rolling out the first uses, choosing tools, setting who owns what and checking progress. Consulting is scoped and quoted after the assessment, so the quote is based on what we found.

Security training for the people who use AI tools, an AI security assessment of which tools are in use and what data goes into them, and an AI use policy and secure setup: an approved-tool list, data rules, and the account and sharing settings to match. It is a practical assessment, not a certification, a formal compliance report, or legal advice.

No. The roadmap is written so your team can act on it without us. If you want help later, the usual next steps are team training for the people named in the roadmap, ongoing consulting while you roll it out, or AI security work: the AI use policy and secure setup.

No. We start with the tools you already pay for, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and teach people to use them well and safely. Switching software is not the point.

No. Training builds the skills inside your team, and the written plan says who owns what. Someone on your team still makes the final decisions.

Before we start, we agree one or two things your team can track itself, such as how many people use the approved tool each week, or how long one repeated task takes before and after. Training and plans come with a 30-day follow-up list your manager runs.

Never, in any AI tool: passwords and access codes, government ID numbers, banking and card details, and health information. Client, employee and confidential business information goes only into a business account your organization has approved, for an approved task. No. Hero does not give legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or medical advice. A person who is qualified for that work stays responsible for it.

Team training and AI security training: reschedule once or cancel for a full refund with 7 or more days’ notice, if no custom prep has been delivered. No. Hero will not show testimonials, logos, star ratings, or awards until they are real and the client has agreed. Any examples on this site are illustrative and labelled that way.
