Estimates and follow-ups that don't go quiet

You sent the estimate, then you were on the next Job. Hero notices when it goes quiet, drafts the follow-up in your style and shows you why. You approve it.

The problem

The estimate went out. Then nothing.

When you run the Job and the office, the follow-up is the first thing to slip. The customer isn't saying no. You just haven't had ten minutes to write the message.

  1. Hero spots a quiet estimate

It watches the estimates you've sent and the replies that come back, so it knows which ones are still waiting on the customer.

  2. It drafts the follow-up

The message is written in your style and shows the reason it was prepared. It appears under Ready to send as a draft, not as something already sent.

  3. You decide

Send, Edit, Snooze or Skip. Nothing goes out without your OK, and Hero learns from what you change.

From field notes to a draft estimate

Keep field notes by Job: text, voice memos, photos and sketches. Hero can turn a field note into a draft estimate using your own price list.

The draft is never sent without you. You read it, change it if you want, then send it.

Money: what's still owed

The Money screen shows estimates, invoices, receipts and your price list in one place, so you can see what's still owed. Hero drafts the reminder for an overdue invoice and you decide whether to send it.

What it doesn't do

It follows up. It doesn't run your books.

Hero isn't a CRM or an invoicing system, and it doesn't replace the software you use to run your Jobs. It's the assistant that handles the follow-up work around your existing tools.

You stay in control

  • Follow-ups are drafts until you send them
  • Sends and deletes need your confirmation
  • Every draft shows why Hero prepared it
  • Hero's saved style is yours to edit, pause or clear
Questions

Good to know

Will Hero send a follow-up without asking me?

No. Every follow-up is prepared as a draft. You send, edit, snooze or skip it.

Does Hero write in my style?

Yes. Hero keeps your writing style and what it learned from your edits, and you can edit it, pause learning or clear it.

Is Hero an estimating or invoicing system?

No. It can draft an estimate from a field note and your price list, and it drafts reminders for what's owed, but you send them and your own tools stay in charge of the books.

What do I need to try it?
