A public workshop is open to anyone. You sit alongside people from other companies and pay per seat. About three hours, working through one complete task on a fictional example. A person still checks the result.
The useful detailsThe public workshop is C$50 per person online, before tax, in a group of up to 15. In-person sessions in the GTA are priced separately. You choose how many seats. The form saves a request and we email the date and payment details before you pay. No card is charged on this site. Want a session for only your own team? That is private team training.

Who it is for
Anyone who will use AI on real work the following week: owners, managers and staff, from any company. Mixed experience is fine. You'll be in the room with people from other businesses, so the examples are fictional. If you want a closed session for only your own team, built on your own work, that is team training.
The agenda
About three hours, with a break. Examples are fictional and drawn from everyday office, client service and operations work.
- What the tools can and can't do, including a confident wrong answer on purpose (about 20 minutes)
- The information rule: what never goes in, sorted together (about 20 minutes)
- Asking well: turning a one-line request into a clear one (about 40 minutes)
- Hands-on: one complete task, from a weak draft to a checked result (about 45 minutes)
- Checking the output with a review checklist (about 25 minutes)
- Your next step: the one task you'll repeat in the next week (about 15 minutes)
What to bring
A laptop. If your organization has an approved AI tool, bring a working sign-in for your work account. If not, we'll tell you what to use for the practice tasks when we confirm the date. Don't bring confidential files: the exercises use fictional examples.
What you leave with
One task you've practised start to finish, a review checklist, and a short list of what never goes into an AI tool. Not a certificate, and not a promised time saving.
Is the price per person?
Yes. C$50 per seat online, before tax. A booking can cover more than one person.
Is it online or in person?
Either. Online seats are the posted price. In-person sessions in the GTA are priced separately; say so on the request and we'll confirm the price before you pay.
What is the difference between a public workshop and team training?
A public workshop is open to anyone: you buy a seat and join people from other companies, on fictional examples. Team training is private: only your own team, built around your own work, priced per half or full day rather than per seat.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel 7 or more days before the workshop for a full refund or a free transfer; inside 7 days you can move your seat or send someone in your place. Full details on the Refunds page.
