AI consulting is the ongoing work after the AI Readiness Assessment. We help you carry out the roadmap: roll out the first uses, choose and set up tools, decide who owns what, and check what is working. You decide how much help you want, and for how long.

What consulting covers
- Rolling out the first one to three uses on your roadmap: who is involved, the steps, what a person checks, and how you will know it works
- Choosing tools: comparing options against your needs, data rules and budget, starting with the AI features in software you already pay for
- Setting up approved tools with the right accounts and settings, alongside your IT provider if you have one
- Governance: who owns AI decisions, how new tools get approved, and where staff take questions
- Regular check-ins with the person who owns the rollout: what is working, what isn't, and what to change or stop
- A second opinion on vendor proposals and AI features before you buy
How it works
- An assessment first: the AI Readiness Assessment, or the AI security assessment if your main concern is data and access
- We propose the consulting work in writing: scope, schedule and price
- We work through the roadmap one use at a time, and test each one before it spreads
- We check the measures agreed at the start, then you keep, change or stop each use
- By the end, your own team owns the work
Custom AI integrations
Some roadmap items need more than advice: an assistant that answers from your own documents, an automation between tools, or AI connected to your CRM, email or helpdesk. Custom AI integrations cover that work. Each one is quoted per project, usually after the assessment or during consulting.
A practical path through the first 90 days
Days 1 to 15: confirm the first workflow from the roadmap and who owns it. Days 16 to 30: agree the boundary and one number you'll track. Days 31 to 60: train the people who will use it and test normal cases. Days 61 to 90: keep it, change it, or stop. Do we need an assessment first?
Yes. Consulting is scoped and quoted after an assessment, so the quote is based on what we found rather than on guesses. That is usually the AI Readiness Assessment; if your main concern is data and access, it is the AI security assessment.
How is consulting priced?
It is quoted in writing after the assessment: what we will do, over what period, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve the quote, and no card is charged on this site. Posted prices are on the Pricing page.
Can our team act on the roadmap without you?
Yes. That is how it is written: what to do first, who owns it, and what to leave alone. Consulting is there if you want help, not because the roadmap needs us.
Do you only advise, or do you build things too?
Both, where it makes sense. Most consulting is advice and hands-on help with rollout. When a task is worth connecting to your own tools, that is a custom AI integration, quoted per project.
