What does the assessment cover?
In plain words, it’s an audit of your team’s AI use: which tools staff use, what data goes into them, and who has access. We do it with short interviews, an anonymous staff survey, and a review of your admin settings with access you approve. You get a written list of what to fix first, 1 to 2 weeks after the working session. Then we can train the team, write the AI use policy, and help with secure setup.
How much does it cost?
The assessment starts from C$1,500; we confirm the price for your team before you pay. The AI use policy, secure setup and any other security work are quoted after the assessment. How is this different from the AI Readiness Assessment?
The AI Readiness Assessment looks at the whole picture: tools, data handling, workflows, skills, policy and risks, and ends with a roadmap and a training plan. The AI security assessment goes deeper on one question: which AI tools are in use, what data goes into them and who has access. If data and access are your main worry, start here. If you're not sure, we'll recommend one on the Fit Call.
