How on-site sessions work
- By appointment, on weekdays. We come to your office or a meeting room you book.
- What the room needs: a screen or projector, Wi-Fi, and space for everyone to work on a laptop.
- What people bring: a laptop, and a working sign-in to the AI tool you've approved, checked before the day. Losing the first half hour to passwords is the most common way a session goes wrong.
- Examples: built around your team's own kinds of work, with sensitive details swapped for fictional ones.

Do you have an office we can visit?
No walk-in office. Hero has a Toronto mailing address and meets clients at their office or online, by appointment.
