Individuals can join a public workshop (open to anyone, priced per seat) or book 1:1 sessions (one trainer coaching one person). A live course is coming soon. Teams can book private team training for a half or full day. Every session covers how to give good context, how to check an answer, and what information never goes into an AI tool.

Which tool to train on
Train on the tool people are allowed to use for real work. Usually that's the one you already pay for.

FAQ: AI training in Canada
Can you train our team on site?
Yes, in the GTA, by appointment. Online team training works anywhere in Canada.
Do people need a technical background?
No.
Can a government training grant pay for it?
Not for Hero's training today. Hero's training isn't eligible for Ontario's employer training grant program, so plan your budget without one.
Will people get a certificate?
No. The goal is skill and safe habits, not a certificate.
